Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Here is what refunds cover, how credits are handled and how to apply.
1. Failed generations and credit returns
Credits are reserved when a task is accepted and charged after a successful result is stored. Confirmed failure, cancellation or timeout releases the reservation; this does not refund the purchase price. Credits may remain reserved while a result is unconfirmed.
2. Refund scope
Contact support about duplicate or incorrect charges, non-delivery or services that do not meet the agreement. Refund requests for unused purchased credits are reviewed individually; we do not promise change-of-mind refunds. Where the law permits, personal preference does not qualify a delivered result that meets the agreement for a refund or credit return.
Refunds are assessed against the amount actually paid for the relevant order and the affected service. One generation issue does not automatically refund the entire pack. Discounts and free credits have no cash value. Total purchase-price refunds cannot exceed the amount paid; legally required full refunds, compensation and other remedies remain unaffected. If the service permanently closes, unused paid value is handled as required by law.
3. Credits after a refund
After a cash refund succeeds, we recover the corresponding order credits, including bonuses. A full refund recovers all credits. For partial refunds, the total credits to recover are calculated in proportion to the order price cumulatively refunded, rounded down, less credits already recovered.
We check task charges, credit returns and earlier refunds to avoid duplicate recovery. Spent credits may leave a negative balance, which future credits offset first. Recovery does not charge your payment method again or affect legally required refunds or unrelated orders.
4. How to request a refund
1. Open “Help” in the bottom-right corner and contact support, preferably while signed in to the account used for the purchase.
2. Provide the order number, payment date, amount and reason. For generation issues, include a task number or screenshot. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or verification codes.
3. We review the records and reply in the same conversation. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider and bank; statutory deadlines still apply.
5. Statutory consumer rights
This policy does not limit cancellation, withdrawal or other rights under applicable consumer law, or replace a legally required refund with credits. Accepting the terms or using credits does not, by itself, waive those rights. Submit requests through “Help”.
Where withdrawal rights apply, EU/EEA and UK consumers generally have 14 days from contract formation to withdraw, with amounts due refunded within 14 days of notice. We explain the basis of any lawful deduction for services supplied. In Brazil, eligible distance purchases generally allow withdrawal within seven days of signing or receiving the product or service, with prompt refunds as required by law.
