An AI character swap puts a new lead into an existing video performance. In this prepared football scene, your photo supplies the character and the template supplies the dribble, dodge and shot. Watch the turn and the finish above, then decide who you would put in the scene. This template does not accept your own video for editing.

What your photo changes
The football scene supplies the dribble, the move around the defender and the shot. Your photo supplies the lead character's appearance. You do not need to film yourself doing the move.
Here is another finished variation, with the reference photo beside the original and result:

Notice the clothes. The gray outfit and airplane in the reference photo do not carry into this variation. Choose a photo for a recognizable person, then check the scene's published example for its outfit and setting. The moving football comparison lets you inspect this variation against the original.
If you want a bicycle kick, a different stadium or a close-up goal celebration, find a scene that shows it before spending credits.
Which photo would you use?
Imagine choosing between a sharp selfie with a hand across the cheek and a wider photo with the face unobstructed. The wider photo gives you more of the person to work with. Sharpness alone does not make the selfie the better choice.
A face you can recognize: choose a face large enough to inspect, with the eyes, nose and mouth visible. Heavy sunglasses and hair across the face make resemblance harder to judge.
Visible clothing and body: the current football scene asks for a photo that clearly shows the person and their outfit. A tight face crop gives you less context for a full-body performance.
One obvious subject: use a photo where it is clear who should become the player. Crop out distracting people while keeping your subject visible.
A usable file: the current upload accepts JPG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB. Follow the scene page if its requirements change.
Pick one photo that passes those checks for your first version. Use a photo you have permission to upload.
From photo to football scene
Open the football scene and play its current example. The variation above explains the idea; the scene page shows the version you can use.
1. Check the performance. Follow the ball through the move and the shot. Decide whether that is the action you want.
2. Prepare your photo. Keep the intended person's face and outfit visible. Check the upload preview before continuing.
3. Read the output and credit cost. Read the football template's current duration, resolution, audio and Credits per generation. Use the live listing to decide whether the output fits your edit; these details can change between template versions.
4. Check availability. The template page shows whether generation is available. You can inspect the example while creation is paused. When it is available, sign in, add the requested photo and review the displayed cost before confirming.
For the account and credit steps, see how OopShort works. Check that the scene you want is available before buying credits for it.
A quick check before you share it
Play the result once at normal speed. If the movement feels wrong immediately, a flattering still will not fix the clip.
Then replay the turn. Does the face still read as your person when the head rotates or another player passes in front? Follow the foot-to-ball contact too: a ball that jumps or a foot that passes through it can spoil the move even when the face looks right.
Finally, view the ending at the size you plan to post. If the face is too small to recognize there, decide whether the performance is still worth using. A wide football shot and a close portrait serve different ideas.
Is another version worth the credits?
If the performance suits you but the person is hard to recognize, try a clearer reference photo and compare the turn again. That gives your next attempt a specific purpose; it does not guarantee a fix.
If the problem is the action, framing or setting, choose a different scene. A new photo will not give you a different football routine.
Before paying for more credits, check the scene's availability, its current cost per version and whether the listed resolution and audio fit your use. Watch your first result before deciding on another.
